You will not leave in haste

Isaiah 52:12

It may seem to you right now that the church is at a standstill. We are so accustomed to our busy daily lives that the world just whizzes by. Now Covid 19 has brought our world to a "screeching halt."

So, what do we do now....twiddle our thumbs? I can assure you that God will never tell you "Stand still," "Sit still" or "Be still," unless He is going to do something. Our problem is we want to do something before He is ready.

We need to use our idle time to let God show us what to do. Think for a moment of how still you stand when your picture is taken so the photographer can capture your complete likeness.

God had one eternal purpose for us, that we should be Conformed to the image of His Son (Rom 8:29). Let's not leave in haste.
